Absolutely! We can often repair scratched discs, so don’t toss them out. We also accept incomplete items like games without cases or consoles missing cords—our offers are simply adjusted accordingly. We do take in select broken items (like controllers and some consoles). For other electronics with minor issues, we may buy and sell them at a discount. We don’t currently repair most electronics, so we typically don’t buy fully broken devices outside of gaming gear.
All you need is your stuff (ideally in a bag or bin to keep it organized) and a government-issued photo ID (like a driver’s license). That’s it!

All of our items come with a return window. For extra peace of mind, we also offer extended warranties on consoles and electronics. Availability can vary by location, so check with your local store for details.
Of course! Our standard return policy gives you a window to return items for a refund in the original form of payment. Beyond that, we also offer an extended return option where you can receive store credit.

Hours vary by location, but all Disc Replay stores are open 7 days a week. For exact hours, check your local store page.
Not at all—and that’s part of the fun! Each store has its own personality. Some locations lean more toward music and collectibles, others focus on video games, while some carry a larger selection of electronics. From time to time, we also test out new product categories in select stores, so you may find unique treasures not listed on our site.
In the meantime, you can message us on social media (check each store’s Location page for handles), give your local store a call, or just stop in and browse! The best part about visiting in person? Our inventory changes daily—so every trip feels like a brand-new treasure hunt.
Policies & Payments
We accept cash, credit cards, and Disc Replay gift cards.
Yes! We offer both gift cards and store credit. Store credit is especially popular because you get 30% more value when you trade instead of taking cash.
When it comes to price matching, our ultimate objective is to have the best prices around while still keeping items in stock. In general, if a local competitor has the same item available, we’ll likely match their price. If a competitor’s price is lower but they don’t actually have the item in stock, we may or may not match it.
As an extreme example: if a competitor listed a Nintendo Switch 2 for $10, we couldn’t match it—because then we wouldn’t be able to pay sellers fairly, and we’d never have the item in stock (people would buy it and immediately flip it online).
Every Disc Replay location may have slightly different rules for price matching, but you can always count on us to be fair, transparent, and best-in-class—both in how much we pay sellers and how much we charge shoppers.
Absolutely! We’re always running special deals, promotions, and trade-in bonuses. The best way to hear about them first is by joining our Email Club and Text Club.

Yes! Each store has its own personality and event calendar. Some host Pokémon release events, others run Super Smash Bros. tournaments, and some unveil vault releases of premium products they’ve been saving up. The best way to stay in the loop is by joining our Email List or Text Club.
